Artisan FAQ

You are welcome to tour with a scheduled appointment or as a walk-in during our office hours. No appointment is necessary during office hours, but scheduling in advance ensures a leasing team member is available for a personalized tour. To be ready to apply after your tour, you may also want to bring government ID, access to your proof of income and a payment method for application fees.

Each applicant is required to have a US bank account. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, a current employment offer letter, or the most recent individual federal tax return. Financial statements demonstrating liquid assets may also be accepted.

If a co-applicant does not meet our qualification standards, the qualifying applicant may still be approved if they independently satisfy all income and credit requirements. Please speak with our leasing team to explore your options.

Prior to move-in: Application Fee $55 per applicant, Administrative Fee $150, Utility Setup Fee $20, and Utility Deactivation Fee $20. Monthly recurring fees include: Insurance Fee $12, Trash Fee $18, and Utility Service Fee $5. Pet fees are additional if applicable.

Your security deposit is refundable provided your apartment is returned in good condition, with no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease obligations are fulfilled including timely notice of your move-out intent.

We understand life can take unexpected turns. Early lease termination may be possible with advance written notice and an early termination fee. Please contact our leasing office as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation and available options.

Month-to-month options may be available after your initial lease term, typically at a slightly higher monthly rate. Contact our leasing office as your lease renewal date approaches to discuss what works best for you.

No utilities are included in the monthly rent at Artisan Apartments. Residents are responsible for establishing and paying all utility accounts. A monthly Utility Service Fee of $5 (billing admin) and Trash Fee of $18 are charged separately.

We offer 7–15-month lease terms to fit your lifestyle. Lease terms are subject to availability and may impact the monthly rental rate. Contact our leasing team to find the term that works best for you.

Yes! We offer lease terms as short as 7 months. Contact our leasing team to check availability for shorter-term options and any associated pricing.

All residents will be enrolled in a Landlord Required Limited Liability program for $13 monthly. To protect your personal property, we encourage all residents to carry renters' insurance.  

Our apartment homes come unfurnished, giving you the freedom to personalize your space to reflect your own unique style. Our spacious layouts and stylish finishes provide the perfect canvas for your furnishings.

We do not currently advertise a dedicated corporate apartment program. For corporate housing inquiries, please contact our leasing office — we're happy to discuss options that may suit your needs.

Submit a maintenance request anytime through our online resident portal, or give our leasing office a call during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). Our on-site maintenance team is ready to help.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We encourage residents to set up automatic payments through our online resident portal for easy, on-time payment every month.

Late fees typically apply if rent is not received by the 5th of the month. Please review your lease terms or contact our leasing office for specific questions. 

Yes! We offer convenient electronic payment options through our online resident portal. You can pay by ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. Please contact our leasing team for portal access instructions.

We offer 24/7 online rent payment through our resident portal, so you can pay at any time — even after office hours. Please contact the leasing office for portal enrollment information. 

Short-term guests are welcome! Typically, guests staying longer than 7 consecutive days may need to be added to the lease as an occupant. Please reach out to our leasing office to discuss your situation.

Children listed as occupants on your lease do not require separate notification when returning for the summer. If they are not already listed, please contact our office to update your occupancy records in line with Fair Housing guidelines.

We offer surface lot open parking with one assigned carport space per apartment home, available at no additional charge. 

Motorcycles may be parked in your designated carport space. Please contact our leasing office to confirm the current motorcycle parking policy and available areas.

Satellite dish installations are subject to your lease terms and community guidelines. Please contact our leasing office before installation to confirm approved mounting locations and any applicable restrictions.

Yes! Artisan Apartments is Cox WiFi Enabled with Cox Quick Connect, giving you fast, convenient internet connectivity right from move-in day. Contact Cox Communications directly for cable TV packages and additional internet service options.

Apartment homes are delivered in a professionally selected color palette. Modifications including painting are not permitted without prior written approval from management.  

For our residents’ convenience package lockers are available 24/7.

Yes! We feature a 24-hour fitness center fully equipped for cardio and strength training. Add yoga classes and planned monthly fitness and wellness activities to the mix, and staying in shape has never been so convenient.

Yes — three of them! Artisan Apartments features three sparkling swimming pools with expansive sundecks and three soothing spas. Find your favorite spot and soak up the Nevada sunshine.

For recycling and waste disposal, please contact our leasing office. The City of Las Vegas also offers curbside recycling and drop-off programs for residents. We will be happy to share the most current information available.

For the safety of all residents, open-flame and gas grills are not permitted on balconies or patios in accordance with fire code in Nevada. Please contact our leasing office to confirm our grill policy and any community-designated outdoor cooking areas.

Each apartment home offers ample storage throughout. Exterior storage is not available.

We are conveniently located near many of Las Vegas's major employers, including Station Casinos, Wynn Resorts, MGM Grand, Resorts World Las Vegas, Nellis Air Force Base, and Amazon. Contact our leasing office about any Preferred Employer discount programs.

Las Vegas (Clark County) residents can register to vote online at www.registertovotenv.gov or in person at the Clark County Election Department, 965 Trade Drive, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Registration is also available at any Nevada DMV office.
